I was at my college today, submitting some paperwork at the administrative building, when I saw this sign while waiting for the elevators.
I had to snap a shot of it. Actually stepped off the elevator to get it. The sign on the right is an understandable safety precaution. However, the sign on the left...
What is scary is my school is a polytechnic with a popular and competitive engineering and architectural college in it. The kind of students that you hope wouldn't need reminding on these sorts of things. But I wouldn't put it on the students. Considering how terrible the administration is at running my school, I wouldn't be surprised if they are so incompetent as to require a sign to remind them how to travel between floors.
Then again, a student did commit suicide by jumping off the top floor of that building a few years back. So this could just be a crude and slightly inappropriate joke from the administrative faculty. I wonder which would be worse though.
